Hiring: Remote Dispatch Specialist

100% Remote only in COLOMBIA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer calls, emails & chats
• Schedule service jobs in our FSM/ERP system
• Coordinate with field technicians & escalate issues

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Advanced English (B2+/C1)

Nice to Have:

• Dispatch experience
• ERP/FSM proficiency

Details & Benefits:

• Indefinite contract | 40 hrs/week | Mon–Fri | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
