- Manage customer bookings and delivery coordination
- Share shipping documents with customers
- Arrange transport quotes for inbound and outbound loads
- Update teams on delivery delays
- Oversee warehouse stock, counts, and pallet levels
- Manage waste removal processes
- Compile monthly SIFOT reports
- Support staff scheduling, shifts, and overtime management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
