**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Receive, triage, and schedule all ground and air to ground patient transports.
+ Organizes facility schedules for Zoll/Logis entry and Dispatch processing. Coordinates daily schedule adjustments and communicates with Care Navigation, Access, Field Supervision and Facilities.
+ Ensured daily efficient processing of all ProMedica Enterprise transport requests, in conjunction with Care Navigation, Access, Field Supervision, and Facilities.
+ Processes all transportation requests following Priority responses within established metrics.
+ Effectively and accurately inputs all transport data and related communications within the CAD syste...
