Job Summary:
The Dispatch Clerk is responsible for coordinating the accurate and timely dispatch of goods from the warehouse . This role ensures that customer orders are correctly accuracy and complying with company policies and safety standards
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare delivery notes, invoices, waybills, and shipping documents.
- Record dispatched goods in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.
- Communicate with transport providers and drivers for delivery coordination.
- Ensure secure loading of goods for dispatch.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
