Responsibilities

+ Assist the manager in addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery.

+ Follow up with contractors to ensure timely execution and closeout of work orders as directed by the manager.

+ Utilize manager-provided reporting to identify and escalate open work orders that fall outside of customer SLAs, including Tech to Site compliance, Budget, IVR usage, and process compliance.
