Dynamo Room is a brand new steak house located at the recently developed Penn Station District in Manhattan.

The raw bar & grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Hotel Chelsea Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn), opening in March 2025.

About This Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant cleanliness standards of the Sunday Hospitality are executed and upheld. They need to be well versed in the chemicals for the machine and how the machine functions. They also need to be able to setup and breakdown the machine properly at the beginning and end of each shift ensuring the proper function and longevity of the equipment.
