Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Porter to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and restaurant while supporting daily operations. The Dishwasher/Porter will report directly to the Head Chef and Commissary Manager and assist with all cleaning and sanitation needs.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly

• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area

• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen, storage, and work areas

• Organize kitchen supplies, equipment, and storage spaces

• Receive and properly store deliveries and inventory

• Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas
