Job Description

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
• Dispose of waste and properly handle recyclable materials
• Assist in kitchen cleaning, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and supplies
• Monitor dishwashing machines and report any issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager

Qualifications

• No formal education required; high school diploma (preferred)
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen setting (a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
