Discipline Support Staff (Newton)

• Conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for student-related incidents.
• Obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare incident reports.
• Liaise with parents regarding investigation progress and outcomes.
• Supervise Behavioural Detention Classes (BDC) and Corrective Work Orders (CWO).
• Support the management of students on in-house suspension or sent out of class.
• Maintain discipline records, prepare reports and statistics, and perform data entry.
• Monitor student reporting channels and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Assist with student management administrative and operational duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a uniformed service (e.g., Police, Prison Service, or equivalent) with youth-related case investigation experience.
