Discipline Assistant

. Assist teachers to maintain discipline in class - (Classroom Management).
. Supervise and manage detention class (Responsibility In Action) students in school during afternoons (or morning when required) from Monday to Friday.
. Assist Discipline Master (DM) and Operations Manager (OM) in handling and managing disciplinary cases.
. Assist in managing student movement and behaviour during internal and national exams.
. Help detain/ counsel students outside General Office or any specified location until DM or DC member is available.
. Patrol school premises before, during and after change of periods.
. Assist in patrolling school premises and surrounding vicinity.
. Assist in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities e.g. Speech Day, CCA orientation, Post Exam Activities, Police,CNB or SS Talk, Smoking Cessation Programme.
. To analyse Discipline data such as Latecoming/Truancy and identify At Risk students for upstream intervention.<...
