Disability Support Worker. Permanent Part Time - Woy Woy
Job Description
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred active support to people living with disability. Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.
We are currently looking to fill 1 permanent part time position. You must be available for all shifts listed below:
Week 1
Monday 10pm to 6am (active)
Wednesday 10pm to 6am (active)
Friday 2:30pm to 9:30pm
Week 2
Monday 2pm to 8pm
Tuesday 2pm to 9:30pm
Friday 6am to 10am
