We have permanent roster lines available across our SIL homes in Nambour, offering a 40-50-hour fortnightly contract working a mix of days, afternoons and sleepover supports (up to 3 sleepovers per FN). These roster lines are part of a permanent schedule with opportunities to pick up additional shifts where available. To be considered for this role, you will be required to have open availability.

Working within our SIL (Supported Independent Living) home in Nambour, you will provide support, assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home.
