Are you experienced, reliable, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Landsborough. This part-time position offers a range of different shifts within a rotating 24/7 roster, including sleepovers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care tailored to each customer’s needs
• Preparing meals and assisting with medication administration
• Offering emotional and mental health support
• Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Encouraging and supporting social and community participation
