We focus on: Structured, consistent support delivery Clear care planning and clinical guidance Trained teams working in high-responsibility environments Safe, person-centered care that maintains dignity and independence High-Intensity SIL Support Role – Complex Care Setting This is a high-responsibility Supported Independent Living (SIL) role supporting a participant with complex physical care needs in Ferntree Gully.

You will work as part of a consistent, trained support team delivering structured, hands-on care where safety, accuracy, and calm decision-making are essential every shift.

This is not a general disability support role.

It requires experience in high physical support or complex care environments and the ability to confidently follow clinical care plans in a structured home setting.
