• Permanent part-time role based in Ringwood East
• Support customers to achieve their daily goals and build independence through a person-centred approach
• Fortnightly hours: FN1 – 51.25 hours | FN2 – 49 hours (in line with the roster below)

• Support a diverse range of customers, including people with disability, behaviours of concern (BOC), epilepsy, and catheter care needs, using safe and confident approach...
