Position Summary :

All Support Workers have the responsibility to ensure participants receive a comprehensive range of support services. This includes traveling between participant’s homes and assisting with their daily living and lifestyle requirements by providing the coordination and management while ensuring compliance with their service plan and agreements. 

Key Requirements :

• Current knowledge of the Disability Sector;
• Behaviour management training an asset;
• Previous experience supporting clients with daily routines such as: personal care, meal preparation, transport...
