About the role:

Located in Williamtown NSW, you will be part of a 24/7 care team supporting our male client. You will provide full assistance of personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and feeding assistance, manual handling tasks and transfers. An extensive onboarding program will be provided with buddy shifts to help you with your training and education in the client's care routine.

Your Key Responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker, who can undertake the following key responsibilities,

• Moving and Handling including transfers and repositioning
• Personal Cares
• Medication administration
• Type 2 Diabetes management
• Meal Management Support
• Pressure Area and Skin Care
• Household Domestic Supports
