Job Description
We have an opening for a Directorate Security Officer (DSO) to provide technical subject matter expertise on security matters supporting the Operations and Business Principal Associate Directorate (O&B PAD) and Laboratory Director’s Office. You will work in a fast-paced and diverse work environment and be responsible for advising directorate personnel and management to ensure implementation of DOE/NNSA and institutional security policies and procedures. This position is in the Security Organization (SO) within the O&B PAD and reports to the Security Risk Manager.
You will
Provide independent oversight of directorate organizations, activities, and facilities to ensure conditions and operations are consistent with Safeguards and Security requirements; serve as the directorate point-of-contact for employees on all security policies and procedures.
