Reporting to the Head of Workplace Services Experience, this leader will define and advance AI strategy across client-facing capabilities and internal tools to enhance client experience. This leader will focus on AI adoption for Workplace Services (WS) by translating enterprise and WS strategy into practical, scalable AI capabilities that enable responsible employee use, support client AI needs, and drive business value
