Director Warehouse Operations

Our Global Medical Products & Distribution business segment is currently looking for a **Director of Warehouse Operations** (DO) to lead and support the day-to-day operations for our Hammond Distribution Center located outside New Orleans, Louisiana. This leader will have financial and operational responsibility for a 210,000 square foot Distribution Center. This Distribution Center services hospitals and surgery centers in the Southern Gulf area and lower Alabama. The successful candidate will have direct/indirect responsibility for over 50 Distribution employees. Inbound and Outbound volume out of the Hammond facility is more than 900K picks and puts annually. The DO will, have oversight and dotted-line responsibility for the Penske-managed private fleet, which totals 1 manager, and 10 drivers, along with associated equipment.
