Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Transcend Product Leader Finance to support the Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend program. The preferred location for this role is Titusville, New Jersey or Zug, Switzerland.

IM Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize core transactional processes across the Innovative Medicine value chain. The program is designed to standardize processes and data across Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, and Finance, simplify financial accounting, and enable more consistent reporting across Finance teams. By building a scalable digital backbone, IM Transcend will strengthen business agility and address critical system modernization needs for the future.
