Director We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director to help lead a multi-award-winning charity into its next phase of growth and impact. Position: Director Salary: £52,500 - £57,500 Location: Hybrid - at least 4 days per week in the office (N7), with regular travel to prison sites Hours: Full-time Closing Date: 10th July 2026 About the Role The charity supports people serving prison sentences through creative music and peer-led employment programmes.
