Job Description
The Director of Total Rewards plays an integral role within the organization, as a member of the Human Resources Leadership team. Your main responsibility will be to lead and develop the Total Rewards function, focusing on the strategic direction, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programs to attract, engage and retain talent.
You will be accountable for shaping the organizations Total Rewards philosophy, strategies, and framework encompassing areas such as employee and executive compensation, pension, benefits, and payroll programs. Your objective will be to ensure these initiatives are market competitive and aligned with the broader HR strategy.
