Overview

The recruitment of a director has been released by Hydro One. They’re inviting candidates to share their applications. The role is to lead the implementation of compliance-related OEB decisions, directions, or policies and lead Hydro One’s response to OEB compliance inquiries and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Candidates working in this post are appointed to monitor and resolve emergent regulatory issues particularly as they relate to compliance matters.
• Lead the ongoing assessment and review of internal processes and controls to ensure OEB compliance and identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide direction to other departments on the preparation of data and materials to be filed with the Ontario Energy Board and other regulators.
• Manage communications between regulators, senior management and Hydro One.
