Position Summary:

With general direction from the Sr. Vice President of Operations, the Director of System Operations exercises considerable independent judgment and discretion over the crew scheduling and dispatch activities during both normal and irregular operations to ensure that operating goals are met without compromising safety.

 Pay: $90,000+ 

Job Functions:
Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment

Manages Crew Scheduling and Dispatch Departments.

Prepare the daily system briefing.

Trouble shoot software problems.

Conduct briefings and meetings for management and other groups to advise of significant problems/issues that jeopardize the achievement of operating objectives.

Complete various projects as assigned by senior management.
