Director of Surgical Services (Full-Time) Today's Smarter Choice for Care… Middlesex Health is seeking a Director of Surgical Services for our 275-bed not-for-profit Magnet hospital. The Director of Surgical Services will have direct oversight of the entire surgical services line, including the Operating Room, Endoscopy, Perioperative and Postoperative Care, Ambulatory Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Cath Lab, and Sterile Processing. The Director of Surgical Services also has oversight of our 15-bed Inpatient Orthopedic and Spine unit. The Director serves as a liaison between the medical staff, patients, senior leadership, nursing staff, and other disciplines, collaborating on issues related to patient care.
