**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP / IBP, or related leadership roles.
+ Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations.
+ Strong expertise in S&OP, S&OE, and enterprise planning governance.
+ Experience with planning and analytics platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and Power BI.
+ Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
