Director Strategy (m/f/d)

Your mission

You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing cylib's strategic initiatives. As a part of the CEO-office you will work closely with our Executive Team and cross-functional departments. 

• Developing Strategy Options: You design strategic pathways for various input streams and products within our battery recycling processes.
• Collaborative Evaluation: You partner with Finance, Tech, Commercial, Operations, and People to assess, prioritize, and sequence strategic options.
• Growth Opportunities: You explore and validate opportunities for product development, global expansion, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
• Executive Decision Support: You present well-evaluated strategy options to the Executive Team and frame clear recommendations for decision-making.
