What You Can Expect

As Director of Strategic Sourcing & Category Strategy for Enterprise Technology, you will own Zoom’s largest and most technically complex sourcing portfolio - cloud, infrastructure, software, hardware, telecommunications, and AI - with full accountability for category strategy, commercial outcomes, and team leadership. This role will:

+ Shape multiyear category roadmaps that translate engineering demand, market dynamics, and supplier leverage into measurable enterprise value.

+ Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team, setting the commercial standard and strategic ambition for how Zoom engages its most significant technology suppliers.
