**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of experience leading programs across multiple geographies and time zones.
+ 10 years of business operations experience, which includes owning key business processes or doing ‘chief of staff’ types of roles.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Good understanding or keen interest in LLMs and AGI Safety.
+ Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences, including executive leadership.
+ Demonstrated success in fast-paced program execution and deliveries.
