What is the opportunity? This role leads RBC's sourcing strategy and execution across the enterprise. You will build and manage a high-performing team of sourcing professionals who partner with business units to understand their needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and negotiate supplier agreements that deliver cost savings and sustainable value.
