ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the VP Global Sales Engineering and execute the overall strategy for the APAC region Solutions & Sales Engineering team in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled solutions and sales engineers across APAC region countries, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Drive innovation within the Solutions & Sales Engineering team, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work with the Product team and assist in facility space planning and management.
