**Description**
**The Director - SOC / Move Team Performance & Execution** is the system-wide leader responsible for advising AO Station Operation Center (SOC) performance and execution. Supports AO SOC strategy by partnering with field leaders to identify overall SOC department/operational needs. Provides AO representation on key projects from development through implementation in support of larger AO Strategies. Provides overall mentorship in the design and build phases of new technologies, policies and procedures that impact the field and overall, AO strategy.
