The Director, Shared Services Center (SSC) – Accounting will provide enterprise leadership for the stabilization, and long‑term scaling of a Mexico-based (Guadalajara) offshore Shared Services Center. This role carries end‑to‑end accountability for service delivery, operational excellence, talent development, and stakeholder confidence as the SSC matures into a critical component of the company’s global finance operating model.
