Director Service Delivery

As our Director of Client Service Delivery, you will provide strategic leadership for client-facing operations across one or more key health system relationships. Your daily responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery processes to ensure the highest standards of excellence. You will be accountable for overall service delivery performance, relationship health, and the achievement of client and R1 business objectives. To excel in this position, you should be a high-performing strategic leader with a focus on service delivery, possessing extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Epic consulting.
