Director, Sales Operations - Inside Sales

ADP is hiring a **Director, Sales Operations – Inside Sales.**

Responsible for leading, directing and supporting the sales operations efforts for the BU. In conjunction with Inside Sales Leadership, implements and executes the best practices and standard operating procedures. Participates and gives feedback concerning sales issues and procedures. Acts as a Sales advocate by balancing sales' needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective. Serves as a liaison between Operations, and sales for communication and roll out of process changes and improvements. Responsible for ongoing management, uncovering operational efficiencies, and standard operating procedure development for strategic programs. This role will act as the strategic workforce planning coordinator for Inside Sales facilities.
