Position Overview :
- The Director, Sales Operations is hands-on, driving revenue growth and global sales team productivity by optimizing processes, systems, applications, tools and data analytics.
- They manage CRM systems, forecasting, territory design, and reporting while collaborating with sales leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve team efficiency.
