Job Description

**Position Summary**

The Mass Market Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer engagement within the mass-market segment reporting to directly India Sales Leader. This role leads the development and execution of regional mass-market strategies, manages distributor/channel relationships, drives opportunity creation and design-win growth, and ensures alignment between Sales, FAE, Marketing, and Product Groups (PG).

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Business & Revenue Leadership**

+ Own mass market sales performance, revenue growth, and demand creation within the assigned region.
+ Develop and execute annual mass-market business plans and growth strategies.
