We’re building our regional HR team in North America – we’re hiring for **Director Regional & Business Unit HR Taste, Texture & Health** . This is a critical role that will align the HR strategy with the overall business objectives of the Taste Texture & Health (TTH) Business Unit (BU) in North America. In this leadership position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within TTH, providing strategic HR guidance and end-to-end HR accountability across the full stack of the TTH business in North America from commercial through to operations. To be successful, you’ll bring strong leadership skills for managing a team of 7 seasoned HR Business Partners.
