Director Quality Assurance

Are you passionate about aviation, quality, and leading teams to deliver excellence? As our Director of Quality Assurance, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to keep helicopters safe, reliable, and ready for flight. You’ll lead daily Quality operations, manage our Quality Management System (QMS), and make sure we’re always ahead of the game when it comes to regulatory compliance (EASA POA, TCCA CAR 561/571/573, FAA Part 145).
From supply chain to final inspections, you’ll oversee it all—while building a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Business Quality Management
Own and optimize our QMS, budgets, training programs, and documentation.
Bring Quality strategy into the business planning cycle and champion a “First Time Right” culture.
Track key metrics (nonconformities, CNQ, OTQ, OTD) and use them to drive performance.
Keep us audit-ready and fully compliant with TCCA/FAA/EA...
