Director, Projects

The Development & Facilities Management Office (DFMO) at NTU invites applications for the role of Director, Projects. As the senior‑most leader within the Project Division, the Director will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of NTU’s major capital developments, infrastructure projects, and campus enhancement initiatives. This role is critical in shaping NTU’s built environment in support of its mission to provide a world‑class education and research ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of large‑scale capital projects, including new buildings, major redevelopments, and complex additions & alterations (A&A), as well as Renovation & Redecoration (R&R) works.
• Provide strategic direction in project planning, design governance, contract and procurement management, and budgetary oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
