Position Summary

The role ensures effective, efficient, and sustainable execution of engineering operations to support the requirements of multiple plants. It includes strategic development and implementation of maintenance management systems for production equipment and all the various utility systems, refrigeration, compressed air, power, fuel, steam, water treatment and wastewater treatment. The Engineering Director sets goals, develops strategies, and action plans, to optimize all resources (manpower, machine, methods materials), standardizes systems to ensure stability and availability of production and utility equipment. The role includes continuously developing the roadmap of engineering, introducing innovations and operational improvements to deliver value to the business.
