**Job Summary**

Provides overall leadership and technical direction for all facets of the Project Controls groups which can include: Project Support and Scheduling, Project Cost Management, Project Material Management, Project Risk, Quality Analysis, Quality Services, and Capital Project Excellence. These groups are responsible for ensuring the appropriate proactive controls are in place to report progress, opportunities, metrics, and risks associated with all projects. Responsible for the effective planning, organization, implementation and operation of business unit's project controls functions. Tasked with identifying, prioritizing and evaluating the financial, operational, strategic and reputational risk implications to the business.
