Job Description:

As a key leader within L3Harris’ Maritime Sector, the business leader is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the Integrated Systems & Encryption, Surface & Subsea Systems (S3) business area. This role carries full profit-and-loss accountability and is charged with delivering both financial and operational results.

The leader will manage and expand our Autonomous Capabilities portfolio, including Torpedo Tube Launch and Recovery (TTLR) programs, and our Electrical & Propulsion System Integration (EPSI) programs such as T-AGOS, the Ship-to-Shore Connector, IVER 4-900, and related efforts.
