Director, Procurement (Primarily Office)

The Director, Procurement sets and executes enterprise procurement strategies for assigned categories and supplier ecosystems to deliver measurable value, manage risk, and support our strategic goals. You will lead teams accountable for end-to-end category management and full lifecycle sourcing, including strategic sourcing strategy, complex negotiations, contract management, and ongoing supplier performance and relationship management. Lead, and inspire a highly engaged, high-performing team. You will create clear goals and accountability, coach the team through career development, and demonstrate inclusive leadership.
