DIRECTOR, PROCUREMENT

Your Mission As Director, Procurement, you will play a key role in SPI’s overall performance. Acting as both a strategic and operational leader, you will optimize our procurement practices, build strong supplier partnerships, and mobilize your team to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for the management of the cooperative fund and all performance levers related to procurement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team ; Coach, engage, and grow the procurement team (buyers and supervisor) to achieve—and exceed—performance goals.
• Build strategic partnerships ; Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance management, forecasting, and replacement rates.
• Optimize inventory management ; Ensure the right balance between availability, turnover, and service levels.
