**Position Purpose:**

The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for architecting and implementing a best-in-class go-to-market strategy and operational foundation for Outside Sales at The Home Depot. This role serves as the critical bridge between organizational vision and field execution, translating complex sales strategies into actionable operational frameworks across the entire portfolio lifecycle.
