**Role Overview**

**Sodexo InReach** has an exciting leadership opportunity for a **Director, Operations**

The Director of Operations for refreshment services is responsible for providing high-level operational support to existing and prospective client accounts within a designated division or regional area.

This role directs operational functions to ensure full compliance with client contracts while aligning services with company and divisional initiatives.

The Director provides critical support to the sales effort through feasibility studies and pricing strategies, ensuring a standard of quality service.

This leader manages resources in response to client needs, provides expert training on operational subject matter, and supervises a dedicated team of operational and project support staff.

This is a **remote** role with 50% travel and with the preferred candidate residing in the **Bay Area of California**
