  Job Description 
 The Director of Operations, Start Up is responsible for managing all aspects of a multi-site supply chain operation. This individual will provide overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and Associate development. The Director, Operations, Start Up will support the organization as it grows by overseeing start up operations until they are fully functioning.
   Responsibilities 
 Participate in startup team calls and oversee needed operational functions as the business ramps up
 Coordinates on-site as needed with contractors, maintenance, inspectors, etc
 Partners with HR to coordinate hiring and training of staff
 Direct the operations of warehouse, packaging, and logistics managers to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations.
