JOB DETAILS

1) Grow and develop a workforce to support future expectations for production and quality through effective management, overall direction and support, coordination and motivation of team

2) Evaluate and develop departmental procedures that support cost control, quality standards and foster efficiency and accuracy; champion process improvement initiatives as set out by the company

3) Consistently promote a safe working environment. This includes keeping all materials, supplies, tools and any other production related items in their place. Implement and sustain 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).

4) Making sure all equipment is maintained.

5) Possessing sufficient knowledge of all distilling equipment to communicate with the maintenance employees regarding machine malfunction and or corrective action.
